I am writing to thank you for the work carried out on my home by your company. The tradesman you sent was first class and I am very pleased with his workmanship. Not only was he a very tidy worker leaving my home clean every night when he left, but he was also very helpful explaining to me all I needed to know about the heating system.

I myself am a retired carpenter and I spent 47 years in the building trade so, with respect, I know a good tradesman from a bad one and your man was a good one. I must also mention the electrician who did a very good job.
